The game
- One question opens at midnight UTC and closes twenty four hours later.
- One ballot per person per day. You pick a side.
- Straight after your ballot, and before any figure is shown, you may call the side you think will win the day. The call is optional and it is blind: nobody sees the split before it is locked. That is what stops late arrivals from cheating.
- A correct call earns the losing side's final share, raised by the streak bonus that applied when you voted. A wrong call earns nothing. It settles once, at midnight UTC.
- Points reset at the start of each month. Streaks, seals and the Hall of Records never reset.
Fair play
One person, one ballot. Multiple accounts, scripts, automated voting or anything else meant to bend the boards will cost you the points, the streak and the account. We do not owe a warning.
Points are not money
Points, streaks, seals and the Golden Stamp are decorations inside a game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and we will never sell points or forecasts. A season can be won by a newcomer, and that stays true.
Streak repair
If your streak breaks, you may pay 1.99 USD to restore it, or the same figure in euros or pounds depending on where you are. That is the only paid thing on the site, it affects nothing but your own streak, and it buys no points and no rank. The exact amount and currency are shown by the payment page before you confirm anything.
A repair covers a short absence, not a disappearance. Below a 50 day streak you have one missed day to put it right; from 50 days, the point where the Iron Seal is earned, you have seven. Past that the streak is gone for good and no payment brings it back. Seals are still earned by time alone: a repair can save a run in progress, never buy one you did not have.
It is digital content delivered at once. By buying it you ask for immediate delivery and give up the fourteen day right of withdrawal, which no longer applies once the streak is restored. If the repair fails and your streak is not restored, write to us and we refund it.
Your account
You do not need an account to play. If you make one, keep access to the email address or the Google account behind it: that is the only way we can prove an account is yours. Ask us and we delete it, along with everything attached to it.
What we promise, and what we do not
We run the site with care but we do not guarantee that it is always available, that every question is to your taste, or that nothing ever breaks. If a day goes wrong on our side, we may settle it late, settle it differently, or void it. We are liable for what the law makes us liable for, and no further.
Questions and content
The questions, the wording, the artwork and the ballot cards belong to us. Share the cards the site generates as much as you like, that is what they are for. Everything else stays ours.
Changes
Rules that affect scoring will be announced on the site before they take effect. If you keep playing afterwards, you accept them.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. If we cannot sort a disagreement out between us, the French courts have jurisdiction, and as a consumer you keep every right your own country gives you.
